Webinator and .asp (dynamic html) files

Post by Thunderstone »

Hi,
This is a question for the webinator help list.

I've been asked to experiment with producing a single-place index for
the 5 web servers that make up the agency to which we belong. I've done
just fine with the first four, but the fifth is using dynamic html pages,
and I can't seem to get gw to index the site. I tried adding the .asp
extension with the -f option, also tried the -y option. Is this something
that webinator has a problem with, or is there something funny about the
site that I'm trying to index?

Thanks
Erich

More specifics would be helpful (Url, error messages, etc). But you are
registered for an old version of Webinator. Perhaps the site in question
is doing some kind of redirect that the old version does not know about.
Download version 2 from http://www.thunderstone.com/webinator/ and try again.
