License Violation

We have purchased and installed the full texis version, however when I try and run texis, i get the message:-

000 License violation: License Server Contact

It says in the readme.txt if you have license problems copy the license.upd on the CD into the installation directory, however there is no license.upd on the CD.

What should I try?

You were shipped 2 cd's at once. One for NT and one for Solaris. It looks like the license.upd file was accidentally omitted from the NT cd. You can use the one from the Solaris cd. Sorry about the trouble.
