I installed IIS 4.0 on WinNT. Beautiful system management software but the
server was a dog. Webinator and Texis searches that used to take 10 seconds
would time out at 30 seconds. It seems that the http server was hogging all
the resources and slowing down all ISAPI and ODBC calls. I went back to IIS
3.0.
