Can Webinator crawl and index multi-media files like presentations, flash, video files etc? Can Texis do?

They can be crawled, and any associated text extracted. What that is will depend on the format. PowerPoint is similar to MS Word, the plugin knows Shockwave/Flash formats. I'm not sure how much text is available in video formats.
