I compiled my scripts with the new version of Texis, and my scripts now have a title including the words "Thunderstone's Webinator:" before the title that I set in the <TITLE> tag. Is there any way to suppress this?

Make sure that you have the correct license installed. If you have a Webinator license installed then you might see that text. If you have a Texis license then copy the license.upd from the CD into the install directory (morph3), and run texis -update to install the license.

I copied an old license.upd dated 7/12/01 and ran the update, but it still shows the same title. I had FTP'd the newest version of Texis this month, but there was no license.upd file with it. Do I need a new one?

Yes; ftp to the same directory and you'll see a license.upd file there now. Download that, copy it to your install dir (morph3) and run texis -update.

Do I need to recompile my scripts after I run the update? I'm still getting the Webinator in my title.

No. Make sure the CGI texis and the command prompt texis agree though. Do
texis -version
from the command prompt and compare with
http://yoursite/scripts/texis.exe?-version
