Including files in Vortex

I need to show the search results in such a way that the common header & left panel of our site has to be in place. Rather than putting the HTML for the same in the vortex script, can I include an html file in the vortex script? Thus, if I need to change my header, I need to change only at one place.

You could use the <spew> function in Vortex, e.g. <spew /path/to/template/top.html>
