Kind of but not really.
The -j option may be used multiple times on a single command line or
within an options file (http://www.thunderstone.com/gwman/node35.html).
If what you meant to do is exclude two paths while walking two others,
then say:
gw -j<url-1a> -j<url-2a> <url-1b> <url-2b>
The Gw walker works by inserting new Url records into the todo table
when it fetches a new page. The -j option(s) tell it which new Urls
to ignore. Gw then deletes the items one by one from the todo table
as it fetches them.
It is this behavior that allows multiple gw invocations to operate in
parallel without doing redundant work. (The html table's Urls are also
involved too.)
The only way to have persistent ignore options if to put them into
an options file. A serious browse through the Webinator manual
will probably be worth the effort.
