DOS short names not allowed

I have downloaded webinator for NT (i have NT 3.51 + SP4). I have also
successfully indexed my site. However, when I tried to run the search, I
couldn't be able to do it because Webinator say me:

400 Bad Request
Request cannot be handled by the server.
Reason: DOS "short" names not allowed. Use the real name.

the url (created from the standard search form) is:
http://www.queen.it/cgi-bin/WEBINA~1.EXE

Can i change this?
