They were correct.
The newer versions of the Webinator attempt to display the first
true piece of language content on the page and not the first N characters.
This is generally beneficial because many web pages begin with navigational
junk that is not relevant to the subject matter of the page.
This feature may be selectively enable/disabled via a hidden form variable:
<input type=hidden name="abs" value="1"> Smart abstract
<input type=hidden name="abs" value="0"> Less smart abstract
