urlcp select

I'm trying to use the following statement:
<urlcp select false>

I get this error:
Unknown setting `select' in the function VXurlcp

Am I using this statement correctly?

That looks correct. Have you checked your version of Texis against the one required for that feature?

It looks like my version doesn't allow the use of that feature. Is there any way that I can upgrade to the version that does include it?
