can't index

Hi

I'm unable to index our client's site. It does only index the first page and then stops.
The logfile has the following entries:

2001/07/25 12:43:08 Begin (217) e:/inetpub/wwwroot/webinator/bin/gw.exe -de:/inetpub/wwwroot/webinator/db -recall=lastrun
2001/07/25 12:43:08 Retrieving http://www.bircher.com
2001/07/25 12:43:09 Can't send data to www.bircher.com:80
2001/07/25 12:43:09 End (217) Visited 1 pages total
2001/07/25 12:43:09 Begin (217) Indexing new pages
2001/07/25 12:43:11 End (217)

Any ideas anybody??

I can walk them just fine. Either you have poor connectivity to them or they are actively blocking you.
