Error message when searching

Post by Thunderstone »

I just wiped by database and issued a "gw -d" to it. I stopped it by
pressing Ctrl+C after it had fetched two or three pages. I let it exit
nicely, then I indexed it.

When I next tried to search, I got:

ERROR: Can't read
/torah/httpd_torah/htdocs/webinator/torah/SYSOBJECTS.tbl: Invalid
argument

Why is this?

Thanks,

There must have been some kind of error, perhaps disk full, when you first
created the database. You can remove the database and recreate it using -create
or you can copy SYSOBJECTS.tbl from the master copy:
cd /torah/httpd_torah/htdocs/webinator
cp .master/SYSOBJECTS.tbl torah
