Garbled Time Error

Post by source1Tamer »

Hi,
I'm trying to call an update statment in Vortex Script:

The SQL statment is:
<sql novars "update mysites set myurl=$zzurl where siteid=$hdnSiteID"></sql>

I got the following error:
011 /admin/siteedit_advanced(main) 85: garbled time in the function month ..

as you can see, I don't deal with any date fields..
What's really weired is that I have the same script working in another page !!!

and It also works from the cmd prompt.

any clues??

thanks.

Apparently $hdnSiteID is not set appropriately, assuming siteid is a counter. If the supplied value does not look like a normal counter value, it will try to interpret the value as a date.

It works fine now,, the problem was that I have two hidden fields with the same name, so I'm getting an array of two values in the variable $hdnSiteID !
When I tried to print it out, It just showed up the first value of the array.... and I couldn't know the variable type.

thanks...
