Garbled time

I am getting errors of "garbled" time in my error log.

The options file is:

#Sets the database
d/torah/httpd_torah/htdocs/webinator/torah
#Top-level first
b
#Page size limit in characters
z500000
# No wait between fetch
w0
#Verbosity level; 0 only displays error
v0
#Get all pages that haven't been updated for 24 hours
e"-24 hours"
#Don't run for longer than 12 hours
q12h

Don't use quotes in option files. They are to force the shell to treat things
as one argument. The shell is not involved with option files.

e-24 hours

Also make sure you don't have any undesired trailing spaces on any option line.
