Yes, Texis will make it to OSX. When will depend on when we have sufficient demand.

Add a couple of votes for OSX from me. Much of our development is done on our local OSX systems before being migrated to Solaris servers. Having Texis on my desktop would be a godsend.

It's in the works... It would probably be finished by now, but it's not quite a "standard" unix. But who really expected one from Apple?
