Graphic accentuation

Post by Thunderstone »

In my language (Portuguese) we have graphic accents for a lot of words.
Unfortunately, I can´t show you some of them because your e-mail
software probably will not recognize them. The question is: Is Webinator
able to recognize them?
Regards.
John (my name in Portuguese is João and it is an example of a word with
graphic accentuation)

Yes; Webinator recognizes the standard HTML character set (ISO-8859)
and the corresponding escape sequences for all codes (ie. 160-255).
Pages are stored and printed with the character unescaped so searches
can include them (the index expression should be changed to something
like [\alnum\xA0-\xFF]{2,99} to include them).
