My site is connected to the internet. Whenever I try to index anything,
the last step is where gw tries to contact your license server. I
ALWAYS get the message that it could not contact the license server.

What gives?

(I have no problem accessing ANY other inter/intra net site.)

License Server?

Post by Thunderstone »

I assume you are running NT.?

If you go to the Webinator list message archive at
http://index.thunderstone.com/texis/webinator/listproc/
and search for
license server
you will see several messages about
Connection error message

These will explain it and how to handle it.
We will have a newer version later this week that works
around this bug in NT networking.
