Adding headers and footers to search result and option pages

How do we add our custom headers and footers to the search result pages and
to the page that you get when you hit the option button. Below is a link
where we are using the webinator search engine. You will see how we have a
header and footer on the search form, but not on the results page or options
page. Thanks for your help.

Place files called top.html and bottom.html in the database directory
containing your desired header and footer html. Or modify the "top" and
"bottom" functions in the search script to output the desired html.
