Exclusion Rex needed

Post by jgdoke »

I have read the message boards and still would like help. I need to exclude the appliance from walking down a hole.
/gec/managercomm/calendar/?facility=Both&date=5-2008
/gec/managercomm/calendar/?facility=Both&date=6-2008

I would love to have this varibale so it goes a year out but believe that is not possible. So would like to exclude any page in the -2008 range. I know I can do it with 12 entries but would a single REX be better? Faster?
Thanks
John

The other thing you can do for black holes in general is to set a depth limit, often somewhere in the 12-24 range works well.

The exclusion does not work. In reading the help file, exclusions are a simple match, not a rex. Is that true??

The exclusions field on the basic settings page is a simple match. On the advanced settings page there is an exclusion REX query. However a simple exclusion of -2008 might suffice?
