Problem launching WebMin interface

Hi
We just got 2 brand new appliances unfortunately i can't connect to the webmin interface on any of them (they index fine)
The first seems to hang (the blue nar in the browser never reaches the end) on the second one, i get the following message : 'you have received an invalid certificate. please contact the server administrator ...
your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate ...'

Any ideas.

The appliances ship with a generic self-signed certificate. Just tell your browser to accept it or use the Maintenance->Manage SSL/HTTPS Server Certificates area to generate a machine specific certificate or to install your own certificate.

There is one problem remaining. I can't connect to the webmin interface through our firewall for the appliance installed on the Internet.
Do i need to open any specific ports?

Webmin is on port 999.
