Hi
Is there a way to get at the log files of the appliance (other than e-mail).
Unfortunately for some of our bigger sites the files sent are too big.
Same question regarding the walk status log files.

The log files should be available via the Maintenance section of the admin site, and the walk status is available from the Walk Status page.

Sorry, they are
but i was thinking about the files relative to a particular walk, as sent via e-mail.
And on the walk status page, the errors are always truncated (even when clicking on the link).

If the walk status is abbreviated there will be a "click for full report" link that will give the whole thing.
The error report is always abbreviated to the first 100.

I have actually 2 links "click for full report" which shows the firs 100 errors + the first 100 duplicates
and "show errors" which shows the firs 100 errors.
Neiter show all the errors (or the duplicates).

The "full report" mentioned means the complete walk status which may get large over time. The error and dup lists that are included on the walk status report are always truncated to 100. There's no way to get more except to fix some of the first 100.

That strikes me as a bit arbitrary and with a site with over 100 000 pages as a bit useless.

There are plans for a method to surf/filter the entire error list but we can't put any date on that yet.
