Trying to insert duplicate value

Hi

I find quite a lot of the following errors in the Vortex log file.
178 2006-11-27 17:23:28 /dowalk

Trying to insert duplicate value (http://book.coe.int/FR/ficheouvrage.php ... iasid=1870) in index /usr/local/morph3/texis/Internet2.456723c67/db1/xerrorurl.btr

The problem is twofold.

Why do i get these in the first place?
Why do i get them for this particular URL. It should not be in any index (it is offsite)

All our pfrofiles share the following settings :
Off-site Pages ? N
Stay Under ? Y
Prevent Duplicates ? Y

The duplicate value would indicate that an error is occurring with a page for which an error is already logged.

If you have verbosity turned up to 4 or higher then the fact that a page is offsite will cause it to be treated as an error and logged.

verbosity is set to 4.

Is there a documentation of those error messages somewhere?
