Problem with comma in search

I'm new to working with Thunderstone. When I do a search for medications stock sample I don't get the result I'm looking for, instead I need to type medications, stock sample I don't want to have people to type the , to pull up that policy. Is there a setting or a way that I can have it either treat them both the same or ignore the comma?

Do you have a custom thesaurus? It sounds as if the engine may be recognizing something as a phrase.
