Searching multiple index files

Post by Thunderstone »

Can you specify more than one index to be searched on the command line?

I want to divide the information that I have indexed into smaller files and
provide a form with check boxes so that people can search 1, several, or
all of the index files with a single submission of the form.

No. Stock Webinator can not perform searches across databases with
a single query. You would have to submit the query once for each
database. You could maintain multiple databases with varying amounts
of information and then select the database based on how broad a search
the user wanted.
