Suggestion

I'd like to suggest that with the time features in webinator (reindex
everything since this and this date and this and this time) that you also
offer a feature that allows you to specify everything be updated since the
last 24 hours or 2 days.

You can use a relative time with -e as in:
-e"-24 hours"
or:
-e"-2 days"

Available units are: years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds
