My ISP uses the Sun Solaris OS but the machine is an i86 CPU. I understand
there is a conflict with the Webinator program for Solaris on i86 machines,
is that correct?
Will Webinator support i86 machines on the next upgrade?
Do you have a suggestion for similar site index / search programs that will
run on the Solaris/i86 system?
As of right now, we only support Solaris for Sparc based boxes.
That may change in the near future because there have been several
requests for the X86 Solaris recently. To our knowledge there are
no other products for X86 except for PD utils like glimpse.
